Congratulations on receiving a grant from Blue Grass Community Foundation! This page provides key resources you’ll need to manage your award during the grant period.

Logos

We encourage you to recognize Blue Grass Community Foundation (or other community fund) in your organization’s materials, social media, and promotions. Please download the logo appropriate to the fund that has awarded you a grant.

Photo Release Form

We love sharing stories and photos that highlight the impact of our grantees! Before submitting photos of your programs or participants in the grant report, please ensure you have permission to share them publicly.

Please download the Photo Release Form and print as many as you need to capture necessary signatures of those captured in the photos you submit with your report.

Grant Reporting

We are excited to hear about your project! Please share a brief update on the outcomes of your project by completing the online Final Report through the Grant Portal. We are interested to know:

• How funds were used
• Outcomes or impact achieved
• Estimated number of people served
• Photos or stories (optional, but encouraged!)
