About Kristen

Kristen Hoffman is a marketing and development professional from southeast Michigan and joined the BGCF team as Associate Director of the Fund for Greater Lexington in May 2024. After graduating from the University of Michigan in 2001, Kristen earned her Master in Public Administration from the Martin School of Public Policy and Administration in 2006. Kristen’s work experience includes working in brand management for Kraft Foods before transitioning to nonprofit work at the Metropolitan Planning Council in Chicago. Since moving to Lexington in 2012, Kristen has been involved with a variety of nonprofit organizations. She enjoys Michigan football, Kentucky basketball and spending time with her family.
