About Lauren
As Director of Strategic Initiatives + Communications, Lauren leads the Community Foundation’s efforts to grow its brand, connect with more people and boost philanthropic impact across Central and Appalachia Kentucky. She oversees major initiatives like Bluegrass Gives and shapes messaging and strategy across all BGCF programs.
Her professional background spans 20 years in communications, public policy and nonprofit work, with experience in state government, advocacy, PR and law.
